Phase 1: Designing a solution for your site

Our first aim is set about designing a wi-fi network that will deliver high speed accessible internet to all four corners of you park.

Our design team have years of experience in delivering often complex networks in the public sphere.

We have a policy of “internet by any means” and have some ingenious ways of delivering higher speeds than you would expect at your site. These will all be established within the initial design phase.

If any civil building requirements are to be built in, they will be established early to ensure we all move forward with the same knowledge of what is required.

We build your system remotely in order to test.

Our controller is on a remote virtual server with a 99.96% uptime guarantee, to ensure you are robustly monitored and managed.

95% of our support will also be offered remotely and changes in deployment can be managed quickly, to avoid client disruption.

Phase 2: Building a commercial income system

Once the network has been delivered, your clients will access the service from a single device, selecting GUERILLA WIFI from their wireless list.

Once selected, they will be directed to our options page, where they will be asked to choose a package to suit their needs.

Guerilla Wi-Fi offer as standard a “free one hour trial” to ensure they are happy with their signal prior to committing to a purchase.

Once they select the service they require, they will be directed to our payment server, powered by one of the World’s leading payment process engines; Stripe.

If they require a multi-device service, they will receive a voucher code to put into 3 other devices, including a TV.

They will be able to remain connected to our network throughout the coverage area.

Phase 3: Building a Joint venture with profit share

Our offering is broken down into three key areas:

Hardware:
You are buying the equipment, but we amortise the costs into monthly payments for a fixed term, to create a tax beneficial purchase, to remove up front capital outlay and to ensure the monthly costs are met by subscriptions. The monthly costs incurred are paid back by subscriptions first

Client subscriptions:
We use Stripe as our payment partner to securely handle client subscriptions. Every transaction is recorded and you will receive a monthly report of every single subscription for your site. Once a month, you will be paid for your hardware, plus 30% of the remaining profit. You do not have to do anything.

Ongoing support:
Guerilla run and manage the network on an ongoing basis. We provide the marketing materials, we secure the best backhaul possible, we design and install the network itself. We provide an email and call centre service to handle and manage client queries.  We use our 70% split to pay and maintain this support for the network

Phase 4: Calculating your return on investment

You can work with your Account Manager to assess what all this means to your bottom line.


Once we have completed this ROI calculator, we can then incorporate the costs of the build into the monthly figures to be more accurate.
